Studying On-Line

The Internet has opened the door to new learning technologies. The CoVE is delighted to offer an on-line method of study for aircraft engineering training, PART66NOW. Developed and operated by Brooklands College, PART66NOW offers a flexible, effective and cost efficient way to study for the theoretical modules that you need to pass in order to become an EASA Part-66 licenced engineer.

You study for your modules through the PART66NOW website and can study at a time, pace and location that suits you. It's ideal if you want to study around other work/family commitments or awkward shift patterns.

The programme is suitable for a wide range of students; for example first time licence seekers, military personnel looking to move into the civilian world, BCAR licence holders who need to remove limitation on their Part-66 licence are all catered for. We train for both the Category A and B licence types.

Of course, one of the things that you can't get over the internet is the all importnant practical experience. If you're looking to become a licenced engineer you need to be working for an approved maintenance organisation and complete a log book.
