What experience do I need?

You don't need any certificates, educational merits or past experience to offer skills on SkillAir. However, customers are more likely to use your services if you can show in your profile why they should go with you.

Who is liable if something goes wrong?

It is your responsibility to make sure you are covered for any eventuality. Please read our terms and conditions for more details.

What if I think a review is unfair?

If you think a review is not representative of your service, simply contact us at hello@skillair.com, and we will investigate the issue by talking to both you and the reviewer.

What about taxes?

If you determine you need to collect tax, you will need to account for that in your prices. We recommend talking to your local government or a tax adviser if you are unsure. It is your responsibility to ensure you are following your countries tax laws.

How much does this cost me?

We don't charge you anything for use of the app. All payment arrangements are made between you and the supplier.

You can leave a review at any time about any of the suppliers on the SkillAir app. However, if you think you need to escalate a complaint, please email us at hello@skillair.com and we can investigate whether the supplier should remain on the app.
